B.            Mapco Express, Inc. is requesting a variance of the allowed 128 square feet of aggregate parcel footage to a total of 427.92 square feet.  They are also asking for a variance of the required 10 square feet per sign allowed for a canopy sign to 26.74’ and 41.23’ sized canopy signs.  The property is located at Tax Map 40, Parcel 72-L.
