The purpose of this Work Session is for the possible discussion and consideration of those items that are to be discussed at the regular scheduled city council meeting that is to follow. The public is welcome.

 All matters listed under Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the City Council of the City of Ringgold and will be enacted by one motion.  There will not be separate discussion of these items.  If discussion is desired by a member of the council, that item will be removed from the consent agenda and will be considered separately.

A.            Charles Seman II, is requesting to be annexed into the City of Ringgold and be zoned an R-3.  The property is located at Tax Map 38B, Parcel 30-A. (pgs. 14-22)

B.            Mapco Express, Inc. is requesting a variance of the allowed 128 square feet of aggregate parcel footage to a total of 427.92 square feet.  They are also asking for a variance of the required 10 square feet per sign allowed for a canopy sign to 26.74’ and 41.23’ sized canopy signs.  The property is located at Tax Map 40, Parcel 72-L. C.            Price Holding, LLC is requesting to be annexed into the City of Ringgold and the property zoned I-1.  The property is located at Tax Map 67, Parcel 13. (pgs. 35-41)

D.            Donney H. Bell is requesting to be annexed into the City of Ringgold and zoned C-2.  The property is located at Tax Map 67, Parcel 41-A. (pgs. 42-48)

E.            H & J Properties, Inc, is requesting to subdivide the property into 3 lots.  The property is located at Tax Map R9, Parcel 1. (pgs. 49-52)

F.            H & J Properties, Inc. is requesting approval of final plat with variances.  The property is located at Tax Map 39D, Parcel 12-A. (pgs. 53-69)
